Please join us for
worship at Rolling Hills on Sundays! The following is our normal
Sunday morning schedule:
- 8:00 am: Communion Service in the Murphy Chapel
This brief service of prayer, homily, and communion begins our Sunday worship.

8:45 am: Muti-generational Worship in the Sanctuary
This traditional worship service will include "A Time For Children" during worship, music from the Chancel Choir, Scripture, and Sermon.
Church School classes
are available for Nursery, Pre-school, and K-12, as well as numerous
offerings for Adult Education.

10:45 am:
Muti-generational Worship in the Sanctuary
This traditional worship service will include "A Time For Children" during worship, music from the Chancel Choir, Scripture, and Sermon.
This service will mirror the 8:45 am service as much as
possible.

-Presidential
Campaign Songs & Their Historial Context 1800-1960, Jan. 29-
Feb. 5 Join Sen. Dick Bond as he leads
two sessions on Jan. 29 & Feb. 5. Beginning with the campaign
songs of Jefferson in 1800 and running through Kennedy & Johnson
in 1960, this fun musical program will entertain and educate at
the same time. Meets in the Murphy Chapel.
-The Happiness Project, Jan. 15- Feb. 5 Led by Peter & Alice Levy, this class will explore the ways that
you can fit more happiness into your life. Based on the book,
The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin, which will be
available to purchase. Meets in Room A.
-Music and the Arts in Christianity, Jan. 15- Feb. 5 Come and explore Christianity's impact on music and art
throughout the ages. Facilitated by Julie Flanagan of the
Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. Meets in Room D.
-Sojourners, Ongoing This class will focus
on social justice issues throughout
the Kansas City area and the world. Join Linda Friedel & Kathy
Hermes as they share their reflections on their recent trip to
Guatemala on Jan. 29 & Feb. 5. Meets in Room B.

-Scripture Play led by Abbey Abendroth, Ongoing
This class will continue from the fall semester and study the
Scripture featured in Worship each week. Meets in Room 101.
-Growing in Faith led by Rev. Gene Augustine, Ongoing
Join Gene Augustine for this continuing discussion on what it
means to be a Christian in today's world and how we can
deepen our faith. Meets in Room C.

Rolling Hills is pleased to announce
our 2011 Christmas Offering recipient:
Cornerstones of Care.
Rolling
Hills will be part of a new and exciting program to help young
people as they age-out of the Foster Care System, providing them
with an opportunity to be successful in seeking a college
education. Your contributions during the Christmas Eve
offering will be dedicated to Cornerstones of Care on January
29.
